Goods can only be reserved for 1 working day and will be released thereafter.

Payments are to be made within 3 days upon confirming orders else it will be released.

Under no circumstances, whatsoever, MoonCloset shall be liable for any losses or damages of goods, cash and cheques incurred during delivery or online payment.

Goods viewed and received may have slight difference in color due to lighting/flash.

All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, refund will be given should there be any cancelled orders due to unavailability of goods.

Shipping charges for orders sent to incorrect addresses or returned to MoonCloset are not refundable.
